Hi there. I bought this watch as a gift for my brother. The way it was delivered was very disappointing. I took it to the DW store in Sandton so they could wrap it and give me the paper bag but they charged me for it. Telling me the online store is different to the store in Sandton. As a customer I was very disappointed at the service that DW offers their online and instore customers
