I am coming back to update my review because Daniel Wellington truly surprised me in a very positive way.
In my previous review, I mentioned that after only a month and a half of use, my earrings had lost some of their stones. The company contacted me by email, asking me to explain what had happened and to send photos of the damage.
They responded immediately, asked me to send the earrings in for repair, and very quickly sent me a brand-new pair!
Honestly, I was very pleased. I am now looking forward to seeing how these earrings will hold up in everyday use, as this is what I need them for. However, I really have no words for their prompt, kind, and professional customer service.

I bought the earrings in December 2025. I wear them every day as they are water and sweat resistant as they promise.. some zircons have turned green and black and it's like they're gone. So they look bad.. for a 100€ purchase I didn't expect that! I am noticing satisfied.
