I purchased this watch as a gift for my husband, but unfortunately it arrived not working. The most basic function of a watch—the hour and minute hands moving properly—does not work.
I contacted customer service hoping for a quick resolution, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My initial emails received what appeared to be AI-generated responses, along with a link to fill out a form and open a case which I did. Later, I received a response from a customer service representative named Jimmy, who informed me that the watch is a chronograph and questioned whether I had sufficient knowledge of chronograph watches.
When I buy a brand-new watch, I expect it to function. Instead of addressing the fact that the watch is not working, customer service seemed more focused on questioning my understanding of the product.
The product arrived defective, and the support experience only made the situation more frustrating. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
