I am incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of the product because it has broken twice. This is the second time that my bracelet from you has broken and it is also the second time that I have complained about your bracelet. Now I would like to return the bracelet and original box in its entirety and instead want my money back. When I last complained on March 5th I received the following ticket number: 1586403. Your reply has ticket number: 1575636 but still nothing has happened, you are completely useless!

I unfortunately ordered te wrong size and the return process is not easy, I have been battling for a week to retuen the item and now have passed the 30days return.
